The details of this year’s Rewind festivals have been announced, with acts such as Bryan Ferry, Foreigner and the Four Tops among the headliners of the three events across the UK in July and August.

Michael Bolton, Thin Lizzy and Gloria Gaynor are among the other acts making their headlining débuts at the festival, alongside other confirmed acts including Lisa Stansfield, Lulu, The Stranglers, Sister Sledge, Belinda Carlisle and Grandmaster Flash. The festivals take place across three weekends in the summer of 2019: Rewind Scotland returns to Scone Palace near Perth on 19-21 July, Rewind North is held at Capesthorne Hall, Macclesfield on 2-4 August, and this year’s Rewind South event will be at Temple Island Meadows, Henley-on-Thames on 16-18 August. All three events will be hosted by Toyah Wilcox and The Doctor from Doctor and the Medics.

Rewind Festival Event Manager Katt Lingard said: “Following our milestone 10th anniversary last year, we are excited to take Rewind into the future with a celebration of not just ’80s artists, but also legends whose influence spans far beyond the decade. We are welcoming a host of fantastic artists who will be performing at the festival for the very first time like Bryan Ferry, Foreigner, Michael Bolton, Four Tops and Thin Lizzy. It’s going to be a fantastic series of shows with something for everyone.”

Tickets for Rewind Scotland, Rewind North and Rewind South are available now from the Rewind Festival website.
