New Order have announced a series of live dates in the UK in November in support of their forthcoming album Music Complete.
The band, now without Peter Hook but with Gillian Gilbert back behind the keyboards, have announced four shows: Brixton Academy, London (Nov 16), Glasgow Academy (Nov 19), Liverpool Olympia (Nov 21) and Wolverhampton Civic Hall (Nov 24). Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday July 10, unless you’re signed up to the band’s mailing list in which case you can take part in an exclusive pre-sale at 9am on July 8. The forthcoming album, previewed in the three YouTube clips below, will be New Order’s first release on the legendary Mute label and features guest appearances from Brandon Flowers, Iggy Pop and Elly Jackson. It’s due in the shops on September 25.
