The original line-up of Bananarama is reuniting for a UK tour in November 2017.
In a surprise social media announcement, it was confirmed Siobhan Fahey will rejoin Keren Woodward and Sara Dallin for a fifteen date tour, beginning in Glasgow on 12 November. This will be the first tour undertaken by the original line-up of the group.

Formed in 1979, Bananarama enjoyed a run of sixteen UK hits between 1982 and 1988 and a US number one with Venus in 1986, until Fahey quit at the height of their success. She married Dave Stewart of Eurythmics and formed Shakespears Sister, whose Stay spent eight weeks at number 1 in 1992. Woodward and Dallin recruited Jacquie O’Sullivan for another eight Bananarama hits before O’Sullivan also departed in 1991. The group continued sporadically as a duo, scoring a further six hits, the most recent in 2009.
