As well as bringing new music by your favourite ’80s artists to your attention, we want The Sound Of The Crowd to be a repository of all ’80s music knowledge… or something. So we’re building up an A-Z list of bands and musicians who may or may not consider themselves “eighties acts” but who were, at least, successful in the ’80s. We’ll also be taking an in-depth look at some of the number 1 singles of the decade, as well as reliving the golden days of Now That’s What I Call Music and similar compilation albums in And Many More.
